Guidelines

Every year the Osvita Foundation Inc. selects a member of the Manitoban / Ukrainian Community to honour at the Annual Testimonial Banquet Dinner. This person must meet the criteria to be selected for this honour.

The guidelines are as follows:

• Enhanced or promoted Ukrainian language, education, or culture.
• Outstanding service in the Ukrainian Community.
• Manitoban of Ukrainian descent.
• Promotion of personal Ukrainian identity.
• Upstanding citizen of the community.
